The Association then appealed against this decision

to An Bord Pleanála as did:

    • Failte Ireland
    • Chomhairle Ealaionn

An Bord Pleanála granted permission for 14 housing units on the 9th January 2013

DCC asked for additional information on 27th January 2015 and granted permission on 4th November 2015

The Association then appealed against this decision to An Bord Pleanála on 1st December 2015
