Useful Numbers (compiled by Beechwood Parish Council)

1.     HSE 1850241850- this is a dedicated helpline if you or someone you know may have symptoms of Coronavirus or have been in contact with someone who has.

2.     Travelwise-016131733-the Dept of Foreign Affairs helpline for people with travel related concerns about Coronavirus

3.     ALONE-0818222024-Open 8am to 8pm for older people who have concerns or are facing difficulties relating to Coronavirus

4.     SeniorLine-1800804591 phone line open from 10am to 10pm which now supports older people with concerns about Coronavirus

5.     Samaritans-116 123 If you are worried and finding it difficult to cope this helpline is open day and night

6.     Pieta House-1800247247Free 24/7 professional helpline for people at risk of suicide and self-harm and those bereaved by suicide

7.     Workers Rights Centre- 1890 747 881 SIPTU Helpline for issues relating to work in all sectors

8.     Threshold-1800454454- if you are a renter and you are worried about the security of your tenure during this pandemic this helpline is open Mon to Friday 9am to 9pm

9.     MABS-0761072000- advice for money management and debt issues

10.Women’s Aid 1800341900- 24h support for women living in abusive situations.
