Belgrave Residents Association
annual general meeting and social
Friday, October 23rd 2015 - 8.00 pm
at Beechwood Community Centre
Dear Members and other interested residents,
Please come to our AGM and Social on October 23rd and raise any issues you may have. Then join us for a glass of wine or a soft drink afterwards and maybe meet some new people.
The Association aims to uphold and enhance the built and natural environment. This includes issues like planning, parking, street cleaning and crime. The Association also participates in the midsummer ‘Fair in the Square’.
We have long serving committee members who would like to make way for people with new ideas. Please consider becoming a road representative - we need you. Roads that currently have no representative include: Annesley Park, Castlewood Park, Killeen Road and Windsor Road, but new committee members from any other road would also be welcome.
Someone who could be our Treasurer would be particularly welcome, as our current long-standing Treasurer, Catherine Griffith, will be standing down from the committee after the AGM.
Committee meetings are usually held on the first Monday of the month (excluding January, July and August)
All welcome – any voting will be limited to currently paid-up members
