Annual General Meeting and Social

Friday, October 13^th 2017 - 8.00 pm

at Beechwood Community Centre

Dear Members and other interested residents,

Please come to our AGM and Social on October 13^th and raise any issues you may have. Then join us for a glass of wine or a soft drink afterwards and maybe meet some new people.

The Association aims to uphold and enhance the built and natural environment. This includes community development and issues like planning, parking, street cleaning and crime.

We have long serving committee members who would like to make way for people with new ideas. Please consider becoming a road representative - we need you. Roads that currently have no representative include Annesley Park and Killeen Road, but new committee members from any other road would also be welcome.

Committee meetings are usually held on the first Monday of the month (excluding January, July and August)

All welcome – any voting will be limited to currently paid-up members
