We have received the attached letter from the DCC Parks Department, warning us of the unloading and loading of a large quantity of wood-chippings in Belgrave Square South on Thursday 2nd February, as part of the up-grading of the playground in Belgrave Square. This will have a temporary effect on parking in the surrounding areas.
